Common questions
- Does the free trial require a credit card?
- No. You get 12 days of full access with no payment details required. A card is only needed when you choose a plan.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your dashboard enters a locked state. All checks pause and no alerts are sent. Choose a plan to reactivate everything — all your monitors, history, and settings are preserved.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes, at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal in your Billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
- What counts as a "monitor"?
- Each individual URL, host, or check you create counts as one monitor. Status page components do not count.
- Do you offer a free plan?
- Not currently. The 12-day trial is the best way to evaluate the product without commitment.
